Our laboratory is in charge of operating systems for receiving, processing, and storing satellite data, making us a central remote sensing center in Asia. One of the key words in student life is "research and development and international advancement. Many international students from China, Sri Lanka, Korea, and other countries are enrolled in this laboratory. Weekly laboratory seminars, training camps (March and October), training for presentations and discussions in English, study groups and readings by theme, development of the world's most advanced technologies, and cultivation of international adaptability and a bird's-eye view. Participation in various international projects (JICA, JST, MOA, MOE), field surveys (Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Myanmar), and opportunities in various parts of Japan are available, and participation in an international conference once a year is mandatory. I have participated in remote sensing conferences held in Singapore, Nepal, Busan, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Ulaanbaatar, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo, Beijing, Hanoi, Taipei, and other places in Asia.
